Step 1. Open a design file.
Start working on a new design file by choosing its dimensions, or open an existing file in Canva.
Step 2. Find Tables feature.
In the open design file, find a side menu and Elements button in it. Click on it and scroll down to see the Tables button. Here you can find different table options and choose the one that works for you the best.
Click on any table to insert it into your design and start customizing it.
Step 3. Modify your table.
Choose your table and click on the icon with three dots to change the number of rows and columns. You can change the sizes of rows or columns or of the table itself by dragging any of its corners. To add some text to a table cell, click on it to start typing.
