How to Recover Deleted Emails on Mac

Below is a step by step guide on how to use the Mac data recovery app to retrieve lost email items from Apple Mac Mail. Note: before your lost mails are recovered, do not use your Mac to generate sizeable data in case the lost data being written over.


STEP 1 : Install & launch the program on your Mac, choose the "Lost File Recovery" recovery mode (as shown on the software panel) to continue firstly, if your emails can't be found in this mode, change to "Raw Recovery".

STEP 2 : Select the Mac volume and click "Scan" button in the above area, now it will start scanning for your lost Mac data.

STEP 3 : When the scan is complete, check the "Trash" option to preview found files to see if your emails are there. Then click Recover option to fully get them back.



Note: after the emails are recovered, you can also import them back to your Apple Mail. Try: Launch Mail -> click “File” option -> “Import Mailboxes…” and a window will come out, follow the instructions and you’re done!
